Design

With in-house design departments in Miami, New York City, Bentonville, AR, and El Salvador, we have the capability of developing full-screen-print art collections, clothing design, and packaging design.

Sourcing

In addition to our vertical manufacturing facilities in Central America, our in-house sourcing group coordinates production in multiple countries across the world.

Knitting & dyeing

Direct and immediate access to in-house knitting and dyeing machinery gives us the flexibility to create an extensive amount of fabrics, fabric blends, colors and specialty finishes.

Cutting & sewing

Our sewing factories in Central America allow us to bring almost every manufacturing process in-house, including cutting and sewing of garments. By not having to entirely rely on outsourcing, we minimize overhead costs while increasing and assuring quality.

Screen printing & sublimation

We have the latest screen-printing equipment at our disposal and have also invested in digital sublimation machines. This modern printing technique digitally cuts the fabric, and using dye sublimation, transfers our in-house designs onto the garments. By utilizing the digital sublimation process, we can readily offer our clients and customers quality custom graphic print performance wear, jerseys, and more.

Distribution

We have modern distribution and fulfillment centers strategically located in Central America, South Florida, South and North Carolina. Our distribution capabilities extend to up the East Coast and West Coast of the United States, connecting us to our overseas supply chain. Additionally, we utilize robotic fulfillment systems to pick and place direct-to-consumer orders.

State-of-the-art

As part of our continuous innovation efforts, we implemented a cutting-edge AutoStore system in our Charleston, SC fulfillment warehouse in 2020. This robotics automation system has enabled our team to achieve a daily pick rate of 18,000 units. By utilizing a highly efficient goods-to-person picking system, we can ensure timely deliveries for both DSV and customer orders.
